输尿管管路封堵器联合钬激光治疗输尿管中上段结石

［摘要］目的　探讨输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管中上段结石中的临床应用．方法　将2013年7月至2015年6月成都市郫县中医医院泌尿外科收治的56例输尿管中上段结石患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组28例．观察组患者采用输尿管封堵器联合输尿管镜钬激光碎石，对照组患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石，比较2组患者的手术效果及术后并发症情况．结果　观察组患者手术时间及结石上移率均小于对照组，观察组结石清除率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）．结论　输尿管封堵器联合输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管中上段结石能够有效预防结石上移，提高结石清除率，减少不良反应发生率，值得临床推广应用．

Combination of Ureteral Occlusion Device and Ureteroscopic Holium Laser Lithotripsy for Treatment of Upper-middle Ureteral Calculi

［Abstract］Objective To evaluate the application value of ureteral occlusion device in ureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy for treatment of upper-middle ureteral calculi. Methods　Fifty-six patients with upper-middle ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups in this study. Twenty-eight patients in observation group were treated with ureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy combined with ureteral occlusion device，28 patients in control group were treated with ureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy. The effect of lithotripsy and postoperative complication were compared．Results　The operation time and stone-up rate in observation group were shorter and lower than those in control group, the stone clearance rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （P＜0.05）. The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusions　The ureteral occlusion device combined with ureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy is effective in preventing the movement of calculus, improving the rate and safety of stone clearance, reducing incidence of complications during ureteroscopic holium laser lithotripsy. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
