缺铁性贫血骨髓幼红细胞百分比

目的分析缺铁性贫血（IDA）患者的骨髓幼红细胞百分比。方法选择110例未治疗的初诊IDA患者。骨髓涂片经瑞氏染色后，显微镜下计数每例患者200个骨髓有核细胞。结果89例（80．91％）IDA患者骨髓幼红细胞≥30％；19例（17．27％）IDA患者骨髓幼红细胞≥50％；全部患者骨髓幼红细胞平均百分比为39．38％，约为参考值的2倍；最小百分比为17．0％，最大百分比为71．5％。结论IDA患者骨髓幼红细胞百分比范围广泛；需与其他贫血相鉴别。

Percentage of bone marrow erythroblast from iron deficiency anemia

Objective To analyze the percentage of bone marrow erythroblast from patients with iron deficiency anemia（IDA）. Methods 110 cases of newly diagnosed IDA patients untreated were selected. Bone marrow smears were handled with Wright＇ s stain. For each case,200 bone marrow nucleated cells were counted with microscope. Results The percentage of bone marrow erythroblast from 89 （80. 91% ）of them was ≥ 30%. The percentage from 19（ 17.27% ） of them was 350%. The average percentage from all the cases was 39. 38% , about twice the reference values. The minimum percentage was 17.0% ,the maximum percentage was 71.5%. Conclusion The percentage of bone marrow erythroblast from IDA is wide in range. IDA should be identified from other anemias.
