火针联合NMES疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛临床研究

目的:探讨火针联合神经肌肉电刺激(neuromuscular electrical stimulation,NMES)疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选择脑卒中后肢体痉挛的患者66例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用火针联合NMES疗法,对照组采用NMES疗法。两组均给予脑卒中常规康复训练和药物基础治疗。所有患者治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评价,评价指标采用临床痉挛指数(Clinic Spastcity Index,CSI)、改良Ashworth量表(modified ashworth scale,MAS)、Fugl-Meyer(FuglMeyer Assessment,FMA)量表。结果:两组治疗后CSI、FMA量表评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:火针联合NMES疗法在改善脑卒中患者的肢体痉挛状态和运动功能方面具有显著优势,该疗法能够促进患者肢体功能的恢复,提高生活质量。

Clinical Research on Fire Acupuncture Combined with NMES Therapy Treatment of Limb Spasm After Stroke

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of fire needle combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) therapy in the treatment of post-stroke spasticity.Methods:Post-stroke spasticity of the 66 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given fire needle therapy combined with NMES,and the control group was given NMES therapy.Both of the two groups were given routine rehabilitation training and drug based treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment in all patients,the evaluation index with Clinic Spasticity Index (CSI),modified ashworth scale (MAS),Fugl Meyer Assessment (FMA) table.Results:After treatment,comparison CSI and FMA score of the two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Fire needle combined with NMES therapy in the improvement of limb spasticity and motor function of stroke patients has significant advantages,and the therapy can promote recovery of limb function in patients,and improve the quality of life.
