| 摘 要： | 目的提高护士的生活满意度。方法应用生活满意度测评量表,调查护士的生活满意度情况。结果5年以下工作经历,40岁以上的护士生活满意程度较低(P<0.05),而学历、职称对其无影响(P>0.05)。结论针对生活满意程度较低的护士,应采取积极的措施,提高其生活满意程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve living satisfaction of nurses.Methods Using the scale of living satisfaction,living satisfaction of nurses was surveyed.Results The nurses working less five years and age above 40 years are with lower living satisfaction.But educational background and professional title have no effect on living satisfaction of nurses.Conclusions To aim at the lower living satisfaction of nurses,it is necessary to use some measures to improve their living satisfaction. |
