| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣的临床应用。方法：分析16例应用皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣治疗四肢皮肤缺损的病例。结果：1例远端1/3坏死，经游离植皮修复，其余全部成活。结论：应用皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣修复四肢皮肤缺损，具有良好的临床效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the clinical application of nutrient vascular pediele skin flap of cutaneous nerve. Methods： 16 patients with extremity cutaneous deficiency were treated with nutrient vascular pedicle skin flap of cutaneous nerve. Results：Necrosis occurred in 1/3 distal extremity end in one case,the rest survived. Conclusion：Satisfactory clinical effect can be obtained when patients with extremity cutaneous deficiency are repaired by nutrient vascular pedicle skin flap of cutaneous nerve. |
