日本血吸虫尾蚴至童虫期超微结构变化与生理适应的关系

摘    要:本文应用透射电镜观察比较日本血吸虫尾蚴和皮肤型童虫的体壁、腺体和消化道的超微结构。结果表明,从尾蚴至皮肤型童虫转变过程,其体壁和钻腺的超微结构发生明显改变,但头腺及消化道则未见明显变化。这些变化与其相应的微环境密切相关。

Abstract:This paper deals with the relationship between the ultrastructural changes and physiological adap- tations during transformation from cercaria to skin-phase schistosomula of S.japonicum.Observations showed within 3 hr after host penetration,the loss of the cercaria glycocalyx,the gradual formation of a developed-well heptalaminate outer-membrane,the cercarial-type inclusion body replaced by many membranous vesicles in the tegument;the progressive extrusion of the granules in the acetabular glands and the continued presence of the head gland;esophageal lumen dilated and the movement of esophageal secretory granules from the esophageal glands to lumen.However,since then except the out- er membrane,these structures undergone no visible changes.These changes are associated to their adap- rations to parasitic life.
