大学生情绪智力、应对方式对心理健康的影响

目的揭示当代大学生情绪智力和应对方式的特点及其对心理健康的影响机制。方法使用波士顿情绪智力问卷、应对方式问卷和症状自评量表，在河南省3所高校大学生中展开问卷调查。结果①男女生均表现出良好的情绪智力，性别差异不显著；②独生子女“自我意识”和“自我控制”因子显著优于非独生子女，而“人际关系”和“情智教练”因子显著低于非独生子女；③女生在应对方式比男生更积极主动；④大学生的情绪智力与应对方式各因子与SCL-90总均分存在不同程度的相关；⑤情绪智力和应对方式的7因子与SCL-90总均分之间存在非常显著的线性关系。结论大学生的情绪智力和应对方式影响心理健康状况，回归效应非常显著。

The Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Coping Style on the Mental Health of College Students

Objective To study the influence of emotional intelligence and coping style on the mental health of college students. Methods 268 subjects from 3 colleges in Henan Province were measured by questionnaire of Boston Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Coping Style Scale and SCL-90. Results （1）All subjects showed good score on emotional intelligence and no gender difference. （2）The score of subjects from single child family were higher than those who having siblings in ＂self awareness＂ and ＂e motion management＂, but were lower in ＂relationship management＂ and ＂emotional coaching＂. （3）Female subjects had more time adopting positive coping style than male subjects. （4）There were different correlations between the factors of emotional intelligence and coping style and the means of SCL-90. （5）7 factors of emotional intelligence and coping style can interpreted 60% of the variance in the means of SCL-90. Conclusion Mental health of college students is influenced significantly by their emotional intelligence and coping style.
