| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对面部中重度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效影响及意义。方法将面部中度寻常型痤疮患者100名随机分为研究组50名和对照组50名,重度寻常型痤疮患者100名随机分为研究组50名和对照组50名共四组。所有患者均采用中药石膏倒模联合红蓝光联合照射治疗,研究组在此基础上实施护理干预。结果研究组中度(A组)和重度(C组)痤疮有效率分别为98%和94%,对照组中度(B组)和重度(D组)分别为92%和84%。研究组(A组、C组)痤疮疗效均优于对照组(B组、D组)。结论规律、规范、合理、全面的护理干预对提高寻常型痤疮治疗效果具有积极的意义,达到了更高的临床疗效。 |

EFFECT OF NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE PATIENTS WITH MODERATE AND SE- VERE ACNE |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of nursing strategies on the patients with acne. Methods 100 mod- erate patients with ache were randomly divided into two groups： the experimental group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）, and 100 the severe： the experimental group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. All the patients received the same kind of therapy. Besides, nursing strategies intervention was used in the experimental group. Results The cure rate ratio of group A （98%） and C （94%） of experimental group were better than the control group B（92% ） and D（84% ）. It showed that the experimental group had better re- sults than the control. Conclusion Regular,rational and comprehensive nursing intervention has positive significance to improve the curative effect of ache vulgaris. |
