经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入术患者的护理

目的总结经桡动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗患者的围手术期的护理方法。方法回顾分析42例经桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入诊疗术患者的护理体会。结果42例患者术后桡动脉搏动良好，未发现假性动脉瘤、动静脉瘘、正中神经损伤及排便困难等并发症，均痊愈出院。结论经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术具有出血少、血管并发症的发生率较低、节约住院费用等诸多优点，加强术前心理准备可减轻患者的痛苦，减少并发症的发生，有效提高护理质量。

Nursing for patients with coronary intervention by transraidal approach

Objective To summarize the pefioperative nursing cares for patients with coronary intervention by transraidal approach. Methods Retrospective analyzed the nursing cares among 42 patients with coronary intervention by transraidal approach. Results Normal postoperative radial pluse were monitored in 42 patients, there were no flase aneurysm, artefio-venous fistula, median nerve injury and dyspofia occurred. Conclusions Coronary intervention by transraidal aporoach can reduce pefioperative hemmorrhage, avoid certain related complications and saving financial costs. Renforce preoperative psychological cares can release pains of patients and then promote the nursing quality.
