微波照射加外敷中药治疗急性单纯性乳腺炎

目的探索急性单纯性乳腺炎安全有效的治疗方法。方法采用微波照射,每次20 min,每天一次,中药金黄油膏外敷,每次敷8～10 h,每天一次,参照《临床疾病诊断与疗效判断标准》中有关"急性乳腺炎"的疗效判断标准,观察临床疗效。结果该组治疗244例,治愈232例,占95%;好转12例,占5%;无效0例;总有效率100%。结论微波照射加中药外敷治疗急性单纯性乳腺炎是一种高效安全的治疗方法。

Microwave irradiation plus external application of Chinese medicine therapy on acute simple mastitis

Objective To explore the safety and effective method of the treatment of acute simple mastitis.Methods We adopted microwave irradiation,every twenty minutes,once a day,and Chinese medicine golden ointment for external application,each time 8~10 hours,once a day.We observed clinical efficacy,based on acute mastitis curative effect standard from＂Clinical disease diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation standard＂.Results A total of 244 cases were treated,232 cases cured,accounting for 95%;12 cases effective,accounting for 5%,with a total efficiency of 100%.Conclusion The treatment of microwave irradiation plus external application of Chinese medicine is a safe and effective treatment on acute simple mastitis.
