探讨肺癌化疗患者的不良反应及护理

肺癌分为非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）和小细胞肺癌两大类。NSCLC占所有肺癌病例的80％～95％，由于不宜手术治疗，化疗为主要治疗手段，但绝大部分患者所表现的只是部分缓解，只有10％～15％的局部晚期患者、不到5％的Ⅳ期患者能达到临床完全缓解。由于药物的毒性作用，患者在化疗过程中会出现不同程度的不良反应，严重时会影响患者治疗，甚至威胁患者生命。
