无环鸟苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨无环鸟苷用于小儿疱疹性口腔炎的治疗效果及临床价值。方法:对2009年1月--2010年1月期间收治的40例小儿疱疹性口炎患者治疗方法进行回顾性分析,全部惠儿在入院后进行一般对症治疗和抗感染治疗后,随机分为两组:治疗组20例,采用无环鸟苷静滴治疗,对照组20例,采用病毒唑静滴治疗。在治疗5天后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组20例:显效17例,有效3例,无效1例,显效率85.0%,总有效率95.0%。对照组20例:显效8例,有效7例,无效5例,显效率40.0%,总有效率75.0%。两组显效率比较(P〈0.05)有显著差异。结论:无环鸟苷治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎疗效较好,且使用安全、无明显、毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects and clinical value of acyclovir to children with herpes simplex. Methods:40 patients with herpes stomatitis treated in our hospital from January 2009 -- 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. After the general symptomatic treatment and anti--infection therapy, all childrenwere randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 20 eases, with intravenous acyelovir treatment, control group of 20 patients treated with intravenous ribavirin. The treatment effects were observed after 5 days. Results:20 patients in treatment group: 17 eases were markedly 3 cases were effective, 1 patient was in effective, the excellence rate was 85.0% and the total efficiency was 95.0%. 20 patients in control group: 8 eases were markedly effective, 7 eases were effective, 5 eases were ineffective, the excellence rate was 40.0% and the total efficiency was 75.0%. The efficiency of the two groups was significantly different (P〈0.05) . Conclusion:Acyelovir treatment to children with herpetic stomatitis has better effect, and it is safe, has no obvious side effect, which is worthy to get clinical application.
