推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病120例疗效观察

目的：观察及评价推拿手法与西药氯诺昔康片对神经根型颈椎病临床疗效的影响。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组70例，对照组50例，治疗组采用推拿手法，对照组采用氧诺昔康片治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组临床疗效有明显差异，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：采用推拿手法治疗颈椎病可以提高临床愈显率。
