老年肺炎临床特点分析

目的：探讨老年肺炎临床特点并予以分析。方法：对146例老年肺炎的临床表现及治疗转归进行回顾性分析。结果：痰培养细菌谱中病原菌依次为：铜绿假单胞菌8株，敏感的药物为美罗培南、头孢吡肟及哌拉西林／他唑巴坦；葡萄球菌属14株，敏感的药物为万古霉素；克雷伯菌属24株，大肠埃希氏菌16株，对大肠埃希氏菌及克雷伯菌敏感药物为哌拉西林／他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮舒巴坦；老年肺炎发病以冬春季为多，临床表现不典型，特异性体征较少，并发症多，死亡率高。结论：提高对老年人肺炎的临床特点的认识，老年肺炎需尽早明确诊断；应根据痰培养合理选择抗生素，及时治疗。
