浅谈乳腺癌临床治疗体会

目的：探讨我我院10年乳腺癌诊治效果及体会。方法：回顾分析2005-2010年我院收治的乳腺癌病例46例，运用乳腺癌根治术、改良根治术等方法进行治疗。结果：痊愈出院46例，生存1．0年以上9例，5～10年22例，5年以下15例。结论：由于在基层医院就诊患者中，中晚期乳腺癌的格局表法改变，加上经济及放疗设施不足，故传统根治术及改良根治术仍是其主要的治疗手段。

Shallowly to discuss breast cancer clinical treatment experience

Objective：Discusses my my courtyard 10 years breast cancer to diagnose the effect and the experience. Methods： The review analyzes 2005-2010 year my courtyard admitting the breast cancer case of illness 46 examples,using breast cancer methods and so on root governing skill,improvement root governing skill carries on the treatment. Results： The healing leaves the hospital 46 examples,survives 1.0 years above 9 examples,in 5- 10 22 examples,5 years following 15 examples. Conclusion： Because in the basic unit hospital seeing a doctor patient, the mid and late stage breast cancer pattern table law change, in addition the economy and the radiotherapy facility is insufficient, therefore the traditional root governing skill and the improvement root governing skill still was its main treatment method.
