定位旋转斜扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

随着社会发展，人们伏案工作的时间不断延长，长时间保持颈椎前屈位静态姿势，导致肌肉韧带疲劳，致使颈椎病的发病率逐年上升，已逐渐成为骨科疾病发病率之首。旋转手法为治疗神经根型颈椎病的重要手法之一，临床疗效确切。定位旋转斜扳法是全国名老中医林应强教授经过长期临床探索总结出来的，临床上用于治疗神经根型颈椎病，效果良好。笔者采用林氏定点旋转斜扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病36例，并与常规推拿法治疗的36例对照比较，疗效满意。
