关节松动术配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

目的：比较传统推拿疗法与西方现代康复治疗技术对60例腰椎间盘突出症进行对照观察。方法：关节松动术配合推拿疗法、功能运动。结果：治疗前两组症状、体征、病程无差异（P〉O．05）。治愈显效率；治疗组为83％，对照组为47％。两组疗效对比差异显著（P〈O．05）。平均治疗次数；治疗组为13．152．10次，对照组为21．252．20次，治疗组少于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：治疗组在疗效巩固、减少复发，均优于对照组。
