腕部骨折后反射性交感神经营养不良的治疗效果分析

目的：探讨腕部骨折后并发手交感神经营养不良（RSD）的治疗方法。方法：在手法复位、夹板外固定后的24例腕部骨折并RSD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各12人;治疗组给予中频电刺激,每次电刺激约15～20分钟,每天1次;同时给予降钙素皮下注射,每次50IU,隔天1次,均2周为一个疗程。对照组仅口服常规药物、换药。结果：治疗后6周临床疗效评价比较治疗组治愈率和有效率分别达到75％和91．7％,明显好于对照组;治疗组Cooney评分为（94．3±0．9）分,为优秀;对照组评分（75．2±01）分,为尚可;二者评分有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中频电刺激配合降钙素在治疗腕部骨折后RSD,特别是预防和治疗骨质疏松等及方面均有较为确切的效果。
