彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中的价值

目的：彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中的价值。方法：对急性腹痛腹部包块患儿临床怀疑肠套叠者进行腹部超声检查，确诊治疗后超声复查评估疗效。结果：20例急性腹痛腹部包块患儿经彩色多普勒超声检查后，确诊15例，10例经保守治疗后复查腹部包块均消失。结论：彩色多普勒超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中有很大的实用价值。

Objective：To evaluate the value of CDFI in the diagnosis of children intussusception. Method： 20 children patients with acute abdominal pain and/or abdominal masses and suspicious of having intussusception underwent CDFI inspection. After the chil- dren whom were proved to have intussusception were treated, they were re--inspected by CDFI for efficacy evaluation. Results： 15 of the 20 children patients with acute abdominal pain and/or abdominal masses were proved to have intussusception. And 10 of the 15 children patients with expectant treatment were re--inspected by CDFI and were found that the abdominal masses were evanished. Coneluslon：CDFI plays a significant role in the diagnosis of children Intussusception.
