经腹彩色多普勒及经阴道超声监测下行子宫输卵管造影术的研究

本文根据经腹彩色多普勒及经阴道超声结合输卵管通水及输入造影剂进行可行性研究。通过10例患者的研究，其中经过直视下观察有s例患者输卵管通液及造影剂通过良好，子宫直肠陷窝出现液体存积；2例患者子宫直肠陷窝未出现液体存积及造影剂光点，并在液体存积及造影剂光点过程中出现阻力大，宫腔内充盈过度，患妇表现痛苦状，诊为输卵管堵塞。3例出现单侧输卵管积水样回声像，可见子宫直肠陷窝出现液体，诊断为单侧输卵管堵塞。本文是对现代医疗设备在临床应用中新方法的尝试，这个方法安全可靠、实用、无创且收费低廉，可取代传统的单纯输卵管通水术及X线碘油子宫输卵管造影术。

Transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound monitored Bank of hysterosalpingography

According to the abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound combined with tubal water and enter the contrast agent to conduct a feasibility study. Study on 10 patients,of which 5 were observed after open heart patients,tubal and contrast agent through the good, the uterus appeared rectal crypt liquid deposit product ; two cases of patients with endometriosis rectal crypt survival plot did not appear fluid and contrast agent spot, and kept in liquid product and the contrast agent occurred during resistance spot large intrauterine filling over, the performance of patients suffering of women like,diagnosed as tubal blockage. 3 cases of unilateral hydrosalpinx--like back audio and vid- eo shows rectal lacunae of uterine fluid appears, the diagnosis of unilateral tubal blockage.
