| 摘 要： | 随着高龄化社会的到来，作为高龄人群常见的股骨颈骨折日趋增多，因其合并症多，恢复期长，增加了护理的复杂性及难度。我院关节病区于2005年2月~2009年9月对87例合并严重内科疾病的高龄股骨颈骨折的患者进行了手术治疗，护理上根据患者的生理及心理特点，全面评估患者的健康情况，制定并实施详细的、有针对性的护理计划，受到良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the advanced age society＇s arrival, increases day by day as the advanced age crowd common thighbone neck bone fracture, because its complications are many, the recovery period was long, increased the nursing complexity and the difficulty. My courtyard joint ward ~2009 year in September carried on the surgery treatment in February,2005 to 87 example merge serious internal medicine department disease advanced age thighbone neck bone fracture patient, in nursing has acted according to patient＇s physiology and the psychological characteristic,appraised comprehensively patient＇s healthy situation, formulated and implements in detail,has the pointed nursing plan,received the good effect. |
