外科手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床分析

目的：探讨脊髓型颈椎病外科手术治疗疗效。方法：对166例脊髓型颈椎病病例分别应用颈椎后路“单开门”、“双开门”手术和颈前路减压植骨手术治疗，评估疗效。结果：术后疗效优109例，良42例，不变5例，变坏3例，优良率达95％；后路单开门137例，优良率97．8％。疗效与病种、严重程度、年龄、病程时间均相关。结论：脊髓型颈椎病后路的椎管扩大成形“单、双开门”手术是值得推荐的优良术式之一。
