隔姜温针灸治疗腰痛的临床观察

目的：对比观察隔姜温针灸治疗腰痛的疗效。方法：以腰部疼痛为主要症状的患者60名，随机分纽为对照组（传统针刺治疗组）和治疗组（隔姜温针灸治疗组）。治疗前后应用治疗疗效、视觉类比评分法（VAS）等进行评定。结果和结论：两组对腰痛均有改善，但从治疗后疗效及VAS评分比较，治疗组均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），且两者有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。说明治疗组临床治疗效果优于对照组。

Separates the ginger acupuncture plus heat muxibustion treatment to cure the lumbago clinical observation

Objective：The contrast observation separates the ginger acupuncture plus heat moxibustion treatment to cure the lumbago the curative effect. Methods： Take the waist ache as main symptom patient 60, the stochastic grouping （traditional acupuncture treatment group） and the treatment group （separates ginger acupuncture plus heat moxibustion treatment for the control group to cure group）. Around the treatment using the treatment curative effect,visual analogy grading law （VAS） and so on carries on the evaluation. Result and Conclttsion： Two groups have the improvement to the lumbago, but after the treatment the curative effect and the VAS grading comparison, the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group （P〈0.05） ,also both have statistics significance （P〈0. 05）. The showing treatment group clinical treatment result surpasses the control group.
