腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗治疗胃癌效果观察

目的：探讨腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗治疗胃癌的效果。方法：68例胃癌患者随机分为化疗组34倒（对照组），化疗联合腹腔热灌注（CHPP）并射频透热（RF）组34例（热灌组）。结果：热灌组有效率（65．5％）高于对照组（42．0％），具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。毒副反应两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：腹腔热灌注并射频热疗联合静脉化疗可明显改善胃癌的治疗效果，可以术后病人的生存质量和生存率。

Objective：Discusses the abdominal cavity irrigation union vein chemotherapy to treat stomach cancer＇s effect. Methods：68 example stomach cancer patient divides into the chemotherapy group 34 examples stochastically （control group）, the chemotherapy union abdominal cavity pours into （CHPP） and the radio frequency heat penetration （RF） group 34 examples hotly （fills group hotly）. Result：Fills the group effectiveness （65.5 %） to be higher than the control group hotly （42.0 %）, has statistics significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The abdominal cavity hot irrigation and the radio frequency thermotherapy union vein chemotherapy may improve stomach cancer＇s treatment result obviously, after may the technique, patient＇s survival quality and survival rate.
