中药结合运动疗法治疗脑梗塞后遗症52例临床观察

目的：观察中药结合运动疗法对脑梗塞后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将100例脑梗塞后遗症患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例，两组均使用运动疗法，治疗组同时加以中药。采用Fugi—Meyer评分法与Barthel指数评分法，对患者的运动功能及日常生活能力进行评估。结果：两组患者经过治疗，患者的运动功能及日常生活能力均较治疗前提高。治疗组优于对照组。结论：中药结合运动疗法对脑梗塞后遗症患者的运动功能及日常生活能力有显著疗效。
