小切口腋下皮肤搔刮法治疗腋臭疗效观察

目的：探讨采用腋下腋毛区皮下搔刮法治疗腋臭的疗效。方法：2007年5月-2009年5月，采取腋下腋毛区1cm的小切口行腋下皮肤搔刮法治疗腋臭76例，手术后充分止血、敷料加压包扎固定，预防性应用抗生素。结果：术前腋臭程度分级：2级62例，3级14例。术后0级62例；1级9倒；2～3级5例。总有效率（71／76）93．4％。其中有3例出现术后皮下血肿，5例切口愈合不良，经相关处理后均愈合。结论：采取小切口腋下皮肤搔刮法治疗腋臭效果好，手术操作简单，后遗症少，值得临床推广。
