43例老年人肺炎临床分析

目的：探讨老年肺炎的临床特点，提高对老年肺炎的诊治水平。方法：回顾性分析43例老年肺炎患者的临床资料。结果：冬春发病者27例（62．8％），合并有基础疾病者30例（70．0％），中性粒细胞升高29例（73．4％），痰培养绿脓杆菌阳性5例（11．6％）；最为普遍的临床症状是乏力、气短、呼吸音减弱、肺部哆音等，最典型的并发症是电解质紊乱（22例，51．2％）。疗效：治愈26例（60．5％），好转15例（34．8％），死亡2例（4．7％）。结论：老年人肺炎临床症状不典型，死亡率高，对年患者需行血常规、影像学检查等尽早诊断、及时治疗肺炎，积极防治基础疾病，兼顾各脏器功能的保护，降低死亡率。关键词：肺炎老年人临床症状基础疾病

Conclusions：The senior citizen pneumonia clinical symptoms are atypical, the mortality rate is high, needs the good routine blood test, the phantom study inspection to the year patient and so on to diagnose, immediate cure pneumonia as soon as possible, prevents and controls the foundation disease positively, gives dual attention to various internal organs function the pro- tection, cuts the mortality rate.
