| 脊椎骨转移瘤合并压缩性骨折的综合治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊椎骨转移瘤合并压缩性骨折的综合治疗方法。方法分析我院脊椎骨转移瘤合并压缩性骨折的癌症患者73例,A组40例行含手术的综合治疗,B组33例行不含手术的综合治疗。结果随诊6个月,A组40例中35例生活基本自理,生活质量状况评定标准（KPS评分）在70分以上,4例因肿瘤转移和播散死亡。B组33例中20例有效,KPS评分在70分以上;11例KPS评分≤60分;2例死亡,死亡前均出现截瘫。结论脊椎骨转移瘤合并压缩性骨折患者在综合治疗基础上,适时选择外科手术治疗可提高生活质量。 |
