| 摘 要： | 目的研究超声法提取土茯苓中总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法设计正交试验,采用超声法提取,以总黄酮提取率为指标,对土茯苓中总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究。结果超声法提取土茯苓总黄酮的最佳工艺为：乙醇浓度60%,乙醇用量15倍,提取时间45 min,提取温度60℃。结论该工艺方法简单,耗时短,提取率高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best extraction technique of total flavonoids in Smilax glabra with ultrasonic-assisted technique.Methods The orthogonal design was used in the ultrasonic-assisted technique with the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the index.Results The optimum conditions of the extraction were as follows：the amount of 60%ethanol was 15 times,extracting temperature was 60℃and extracted for 45 min.Conclusion This process was featured by higher extraction rate and shorter extraction time. |
