| 摘 要： | 胸腰段是最常见的脊柱损伤部位。胸腰段骨折易伴发神经损伤，增加了治疗的重要性和复杂性。随着影像学和生物力学的发展、内固定器械和手术技巧的改进，胸腰段骨折的治疗已取得很大进展，但仍然存在争议。本文对胸腰段骨折的治疗进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Thoracolumbar injury is the most common spine injury, and often lead to neurologic deficits, which adds the importance and complicacy to the management. With the development of imageology and biomechanics, the improvement of internal fixators and operative techniques, there are great advances in the management of thoracolumbar injury. However, controversy is still remaining. The paper reviews the advances in the management of thoracolumbar fractures. |
