| 摘 要： | 目的：观察综合疗法治疗儿科迁延性肺炎的临床效果。方法将100例迁延性肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组予常规抗生素治疗，观察组予综合疗法治疗。比较2组临床疗效、止咳时间、住院时间。结果观察组总有效率为96．0％明显高于对照组的80．0％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组平均止咳时间和平均住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论对于迁延性肺炎患儿采用综合疗法可取得较好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy in children with prolonged pneumonia . Methods 100 cases of children with prolonged pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each of 50 cases.Control group was treated by antibiotic ,observation group was treated by comprehensive therapy .After treat-ment,compared the clinical effect ,relieving cough time and hospitalization time of 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group（96.0%）was higher than that of control group （80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant （〈0.05）.The relieving cough time and hospitalization time of observation group was less than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant（〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy in children with prolonged pneumonia has an good efficacy ,has an significant ,worthy of clinical application . |
