| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨早期电刺激小脑顶核对脑梗死患者肢体功能的影响;方法：将105例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用脑循环功能治疗仪;结果：治疗组应用脑循环功能治疗仪后神经功能缺损有明显恢复,ADL积分明显提高;结论：电刺激小脑顶核能促进神经功能的恢复,改善预后,降低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of therapeutic brain circulation on extremities in patients with cerebral infarction. Method: A total of 105 patients with cerebral infarction were assigned to the test group, in which the therapeutic brain circulation were tested, and control group. Result: The nervous function of extremities was improved and the level of ADL was increased significantly in the test group compared with that in the control. Conclusion: It is a better way for recovery the function of extremities of patients with cerebral infarction to electric stimulating the cerebellar fastigial nucleus known therapeutic brain circulation. |
