| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨滋阴清热方和泼尼松对狼疮鼠脾淋巴细胞的核蛋白质的影响。方法:用生理盐水(对照组)、中药、西药和中西药等不同的干预措施处理狼疮鼠5周,提取脾淋巴细胞核蛋白质,运用表面增强激光解析离子化-飞行时间质谱技术(SELDI-TOF-MS)检测各处理组狼疮鼠核蛋白质的表达差异,揭示滋阴清热方以及联合泼尼松治疗SLE的作用环节。结果:在脾淋巴细胞的核蛋白质中发现对照组出现一些加重自身免疫的蛋白质,而西药组出现一些抑制免疫反应的蛋白质;中西药组和西药组对脾淋巴细胞的核蛋白质影响的结果是相似的。结论:滋阴清热方中药和或泼尼松可能通过影响脾淋巴细胞细胞的分化和蛋白质的表达达到治疗目的。
