| 摘 要： | 目的 分析老年人阵发性心房颤动的病因、治疗及预后。方法 选择 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 4年收治的 30例患者 ,给予药物治疗、直流电复律及治疗原发病。结果 经过上述治疗后 ,2 8例房颤均恢复窦性节律。其余1例高血压病和 1例风心病于发作 1年后转为持久性房颤。结论 老年人阵发性房颤 ,为了恢复心房功能 ,改善血液动力学 ,将房颤恢复为窦性心律尤为重要 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the etiology, treatment and prognosis of senile paroxysmal auricular fibrillation. Methods 30 cases of such patient hospitalized from 2000～2004 were treated with drug, electric conversion and treatment of primary disease. Results 28 cases were turned to sinus rate. 1 hypertension and 1 CHD were turned to permanent auricular fibrilation. Conclusion The auricular fibrillation should converse to sinus heart rate so that improve the atrial function and hemodymanics. |
