| 摘 要： | 研究心脏直视手术后血清肌酸激酶，丙氨酸氨基转移酶和乳酸脱氢酶及其它们同工酶的变化及临床意义。方法：３２例患者分为３组：１．心脏闭式手术组；２．经心室切口心脏直视手术组；３．经心脏切口心脏直视手术组。术前，术后６，１２，２４，４８，７２ｈ测定患者ＣＫ，ＡＳＴ和ＬＤＨ及其同工酶ＣＫ－ＭＢ，ＡＳＴｍ，ＬＤＨ２１和ＬＤＨ２。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of serum CK, AST and LDH isoenzymes in the patients with open heart surgery and their clinical effects. Methods:The activities of serum CK (total CK and CK MB), AST(total AST and ASTm) and LDH(LDH1 and LDH2) were measured before and 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h after operation in 32 patients who were subdivided into 3 groups: closed heart surgery group (CHS), open transventricular heart surgery group( OTVHS)and open transatrial heart surgery group(OTAHS). Results: The activities of serum CK, CK MB, AST, ASTm and LDH isoenzymes were significantly higher after operation than that before operation. CK increased significantly in OTVHS compared with that in CHS (P<0.01) and OTAHS (P<0.05) 12 h after operation. ASTm activity in OTVHS was significantly higher 6, 12 and 24 h after operation than that in CHS (P<0. 01) and OTAHS (P<0.05). Conclusion: The change of serum ASTm's activity in patients with open heart surgery may be a more valuable index to estimate their myocardial damage. |
