周口市2006—2009年放射工作人员健康体检结果分析

目的了解周口市放射工作人员健康状况,为放射防护工作提供参考依据。方法对2006—2009年周口市2273名放射工作人员和195名正常体检者的体检资料进行统计、分析处理。结果放射工作人员中异常体检结果人员比例达41.22%;患病情况、眼状晶体混浊率、染色体畸变率、微核率均比对照组高。结论周口市放射工作人员患各种疾病的概率高于对照组,长期低剂量辐射对人体的危害不容忽视,应加强放射工作人员的防护工作。

Results Analysis of Physical Examination on Radiation Workers in Zhoukou City during 2006-2009

[Objective] To understand the health status of radiation workers in Zhoukou City,and provide reference for radiological protection.[Methods]Health examination data of 2273 radiation workers and 195 health people in Zhoukou City during 2006-2009 were statistically analyzed.[Results]The proportion was up to 41.22% for the radiation workers with abnormal physical examination results.And the prevalence,eye-like lens opacities rate,chromosome aberration,and micronucleus rate of radiation workers were higher than those of the control group.[Conclusion]The probability of suffering from various diseases of radiation workers in Zhoukou City is higher than that of control group.Long-term and low-dose radiation damage on the human body can not be ignored;the radiological protection should be strengthened on workers.
