在社区中开展艾滋病/性病健康教育的效果评价

目的了解社区娱乐场所艾滋病/性病相关知识的知晓及行为情况,探讨在社区中娱乐场所开展艾滋病/性病健康教育及行为干预的可行性,为制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法通过对社区内娱乐场所进行有关艾滋病/性病相关知识的健康教育讲座,指导正确使用安全套,发放有关性病/艾滋病的科普小册。结果干预前对艾滋病基本知识的知晓率最低为21.6%,最高为77.9%,经干预后均有不同程度的提高(P<0.05)。对艾滋病态度总变化率从干预前的55.23%上升到干预后的68.58%(P<0.01),对艾滋病相关行为(避孕套)使用情况干预前后具有显著性差异,其中以“从未使用避孕套”变化最大,由干预前的61.6%下降到46.5%(P<0.01)。结论在社区中开展艾滋病/性病健康教育是有意义的,值得推广。

Effect Evaluation of STD/AIDS Health Education in Communities

OBJECTIVE To understand the AIDS/STD knowledge and risk behaviors among the people working in public places for entertainment,and study on the feasibility methods of the behavior intervention in the community. METHODS Let the people read throwaway,audit a course of lecture,and told them how to use condom. The employees were inquired in the survey before and after health education and behavior intervention. RESULT The knowledge of AIDS/STD of the persons raised from 62.1% to 78.2%(P<0.01),and the rate with active attitude for AIDS were significantly improved from 55.23% to 68.58%(P<0.01),further more there were high significant differences in AIDS related behaviors(proportion of condom use)after the health education. CONCLUSION It is suggested that the courses of health education is very effective and necessary and should be conducted as a routine in the community.
