两种含铂化疗方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效观察

目的观察诺维本（NVB）与顺铂（DDP）组成的NP方案与吉西他滨（GEM）、顺铂（DDP）组成的GP方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法将2006年2月至2008年9月经病理组织学或细胞学证实的晚期NSCLC患者63例,随机分为A组（32例）和B组（31例）分别实施NP方案和GP方案治疗,21周为1个治疗周期,至少观察2个周期,观察2种治疗方案的有效率及毒副反应情况。结果A组有效率为40.693%,B组32.26%,2组比较（P〉0.05）。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠反应、周围神经毒性及静脉炎。结论NP与GP方案的近期疗效大致相同,毒副反应差异无统计学意义,两种方案均可作为NSCLC的一线治疗方案。

Comparison of Short-term Efficacy between the NP and GP Regimens in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Canaer

Objective To compare the short-tem the rapeutic efficacy,toxicity and side reations be tween vinorelbine plus cisplatin （NP regimen） and gemcitabine plus cisplatin （GP regimen） in the treatment advanced of non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）.Methods Sixty-three patients with cytologically and pathologically con-firmed advanced NSCLC were divided in to A group and B group.Thirtytwo cases in the A group received NP regimen chem. Otherapy.Thirty-one cases in the B group received GP regimen chem. Otherapy. Both regimens repeated after a cycle of 21 days.The efficacy was extimated 2 cycles.Results Response rates were 40.63%（A group） and 32.26（B group） （P〉0.05）. The main side effects were myelosuppresion,gastrointestinal reation and peripheral nerve toxicity and phlebitis.Conclusion The therapeutic effectiveness of NP reimen was better than GP regimen.There were no significant difference be-tween the two regimens.They can be used as first line chem. Otheapy for NSCLC.
