防滑钢针和Y型乙醇滴管的研制及在胫骨结节牵引中的应用

[目的]探讨自制防滑钢针及Y型乙醇滴管在胫骨结节牵引中的应用效果。[方法]选择胫骨结节牵引病人10 0例,随机分成治疗组(4 8例)和对照组(5 2例) ,治疗组采用自制防滑钢针及Y型乙醇滴管,对照组采用传统钢针及乙醇点滴,观察两组钢针移动及针道感染情况。[结果]治疗组钢针移动率、针道感染率明显低于对照组,骨质疏松症病人更明显。[结论]胫骨结节牵引病人应用自制的防滑钢针及Y型乙醇滴管比传统的钢针及直接乙醇滴管法效果较好,能有效避免并发症发生。

Making of an antiskid steel- wire and a Y- shape alcohol dropper and application of them in tibial tubercle traction

Objective: to probe into the application effect of self-making antiskid steel-wire and Y-shape alcohol dropper for patients undergoing tibial tubercle traction. Method: a total of 100 patients undergoing tibial tubercle traction were selected and divided into both test group (48 cases) and control group (52 cases). Patients of test group were treated with self-made antiskid steel-wire and Y-shape alcohol dropper, while those in control group were offered traditional steel-wire and alcohol dropper. Both remove of steel-wire and infection of the pin hole in patients of both groups were compared. Result: it showed that both the steel-wire remove incidence and the pin hole infection rate of patients in test group were lower than that in control. Conclusion: it showed that self-made antiskid steel-wire and Y-shape alcohol dropper were better than the traditional ones for patients undergoing tibial tubercle traction, which can prevent complications from happening effectively.
