声像同步录制软件在医学教育课件中的应用与研究

目前应用最多的教学课件是Power Point课件，教学者可以原创制作，能够很好地反应教学思路，但其大纲式的版面，不能承栽全部教学信息，尤其是课堂上生动详细的语言讲解过程；CAI课件实质是一种声像同步教学录像VCD，教学信息丰富形象，但它的制作成本昂贵，编辑、修改复杂困难，不完全符合我们自己的教学思路，无法拿来即用。作者运用声像同步录制软件，制作出一批声像同步、图文并茂、富含全部教学信息的崭新形式的视频课件，它结合了powerpoint幻灯课件的易制作易编辑的优点和CAI课件的声像同步优势，应用于临床教学、网络教学中，取得了良好的效果。

Application and study of sound image synchronization recording software in medical education courseware

At present,the most common used teaching courseware is PowerPoint.The teacher can originate and make PowerPoint,which can fully reflect their teaching thoughts.However,its outline layout can not bear all teaching information, especially the lively and vivid language explanation course in class.CAI courseware is kind of sound image synchronization teaching recording VCD with abundant and vivid teaching information.Nevertheless,it has the disadvantage of high cost,difficulty in editing and modification,which does not fit our teaching thought completely and can not be used immediately.The authors themselves make use of sound image synchronization recording software and produce a crop of video courseware combined with sound image synchronization,abundant pictures and writings,and all teaching information,which integrate the advantage of PowerPoint's easy production and easy editing and the advantages of CAI's sound image synchronization.This video courseware has been applied in clinical teaching and internet teaching,which has achieved very good effects.
