使用头孢哌酮钠后饮酒致双硫仑样反应10例护理

目的：探讨头孢哌酮钠后饮酒致双硫仑样反应10例的临床护理。方法：通过对本院2007年1月-2009年9月收治的头孢哌酮钠后饮酒致双硫仑样反应患者10例进行临床护理，总结其护理体会。结果：本组患者经治疗护理后8例在30min内缓解，2例在10h内缓解，10例均痊愈出院。结论：头孢哌酮钠后饮酒致双硫仑样反应是完全可以预防的．患者用药期间及用药后7～10d忌饮酒。临床医护工作者应做好对患者的健康教育工作。

Results： The patients were treated after eight cases of care within 30 minutes to ease, 2 patients within 10 h ease, 10 pa- tients were discharged. Conclusion： The alcohol-induced post-cefoperazone sodium disulfiram-like reaction is entirely preventable, the patient medication and medication during the period 7-10 days after the bogey drinking. Clinical health care workers should do a good job of patient health education.
