抗心磷脂抗体阳性与流产关系的临床研究

目的 :通过对 12 0例抗心磷脂抗体 (aCL)阳性流产者的回顾性分析 ,探讨流产与aCL的关系。方法 :对 2 4 2例自然流产者 ,采用免疫金标法测定aCL(IgA、IgG、IgM)。结果 :2 4 2例中 ,aCL阳性者 12 0例 ,阳性率 4 9 5 9%。其中 ,1次流产者aCL阳性率 4 4 .5 1% ;2次流产者aCL阳性率5 2 94 % ;习惯性流产aCL阳性率 74 0 7%。三组比较aCL阳性率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。进一步分析发现 ,习惯性流产患者与 1～ 2次流产患者比较 ,aCL阳性率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :aCL阳性与流产尤其是习惯性流产密切相关

Relationship between Abortion and Anticardiolipin Antibody

Objective: To analyze the outcome of pregnancy in 120 samples of patients with a history of fetal loss, and possessing anticardiolipin antibodies, and to access the relationship between abortion and anticardiolipin. Methods: Data on 242 patients who had one or more episodes of natural abortion were analyzed retrospectively. The aCL(IgA 、IgG 、IgM)was tested by the method of immune golden standard. Results: The 120 cases of positive aCL accounting for 49.59% among 242 patients. Among the patients with once, twice, or habitual abortion, the rate of positive aCL reached 44.51%, 52.94% and 74.07% ,respectively. The aCL positive rate was significant different in these three groups (P<0.05). Analyzed further, the aCL positive rate in the persons with habitual abortion was significant different from that in those with once or twice abortion (P<0.05). Conclusion: The positive aCL nearly relate to abortion, especially for habitual.
