| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤的CT表现,提高对该病的认识。材料与方法:收集本院2009年10月至2011年10月经病理确诊的8例肺原发性肌纤维母细胞瘤,回顾性分析患者术前的肺部CT表现。结果:8例肺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤中,2例(2/8)位于近肺门区,6例(6/8)位于肺周边部;1例(1/8)增强扫描呈轻度强化,7(7/8)呈明显强化,5例(5/8)强化均匀;6例(6/8)边缘较清晰,1例(1/8)发生远处转移。结论:肺炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤虽然有较典型的CT表现,较易诊断,但必须对其转移的可能性提高警惕。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose:To investigate the imaging characteristics of pulmonary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT) and improve the efficacy of diagnosis by CT.Materials and Methods:To review the imaging finding of 8 cases with pulmonary IMT retrospectively from October 2009 to October 2011.Results:2 cases(2/8) were next to the hilum of lung.6 cases(6/8)were in the lung around.1 case(1/8)showed mild enhancment,5 cases(5/8)showed showed significant enhancement and 5 cases showed homogeneous enhancement after enhanced scanning.6 cases had clear borders.1 case developed distant metastases.Conclusion:Pulmonary IMT was diagnosed easily because some cases had typical manifestation of CT,but possibility of its metastasis must be cognized. |
