| 摘 要： | 为探讨生长抑素对肝脏转移性结肠腺癌的抑制作用,采用流式细胞术观察生长抑素衍生物SMS201-995对BALB/C小鼠结肠腺癌(CT26)肝脏转移瘤生长的抑制作用。结果表明:与对照组相比,治疗组小鼠肝转移瘤细胞增殖指数和S期分数明显降低,而GO/Gl期分数却显著增加,同时治疗组小鼠体重降低明显延缓,肝脏转移瘤数目显著减少,生存期明显延长。因此,生长抑素对抑制结肠癌肝转移瘤的生长具有一定的作用。 |

| Abstract: | The inhibitive effect of SMS 201-995 on the growth of hepatic metastases of colonic adenocarci-noma (CT26) in vivo in BSLB/C mice was investigated by flow cytometry. The results showed that the S-phasc fraction of cells in hopatic tumour of mice decreased significantly, while the G0/G1-phase fraction increased markedly in comparison with control group (P <0. 01). After administration of SMS 201-995, the incidence of hepatie merastases in the treated group was lower than that in control group. The mice body weight loss was slow and the survival time was prolonged significantly. These data demonstrated that SMS 201-995 might have some inhibitive effects on the hepatic metastases of colonic carcinoma. |
