| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方含漱液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法：随机选择头颈部肿瘤放疗并合并口腔黏膜炎患者172例，分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予自制复方含漱液含漱，对照组给予朵贝尔液含漱。结果：使用自制复方含漱液组发Ⅲ-Ⅳ 度口腔黏膜炎程度明显低于观察组；而对黏膜炎的治疗效果观察，有效率100％，Ⅰ-Ⅱ度症状改善显著。结论：自制复方含漱液止痛效果好，疗效明显，起效快，费用低，易配制，方法简便，无副作用，可以推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of a self-made gargle for radioactive induced oral mucositis.Methods: 172 patients with head-neck tumor were randomized into the treatment group using the self-made gargle and the control group using Ddbell's Solution after the appearance of radioactive induced oral mucositis.Results: The efficiency of the self-made gargle was significantly greater than Ddbell's Solution with the response rate 100%.Conclusion: The self-made gargle is good at controning pain and low price,easily made,no side effects.I think the self-made gargle may be promoted for oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy. |
