医学科研论文中存在的统计学问题及改进措施

国内外统计学家通过对一些著名医学期刊发表的论文进行评价 ,发现已发表的医学期刊论文中 ,约有一半左右的论文存在不同程度的质量问题 ,其中统计学方面的问题尤其突出。论文中出现的质量问题 ,将直接影响论文的真实性和可靠性。本文旨在寻找医学科研论文在科研设计、统计学分析、资料收集和整理、结果解释及论文发表等方面存在的问题及原因 ,并进一步提出相应的改进措施。

Statistcal problems existing in medical articles and countermeasures

Many domestic and foreign statisticians have made strict evaluation to some medical articles that published in several famous medical periodicals. They discovered that almost half of those articles existed quality problems. These problems will affect the authenticity and reliability when we evaluate it. This paper is to find out these problems that exist in the aspects of scientific research design, statistical analysis, collecting and sorting data, explaining result, articles publishing, etc. And, we will also give some reasons that result in these problems and the measures to solve them.
