| 抗Ki－67抗体MIB－1在大肠上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义 | |

| 摘 要： | 用免疫组化染色的方法，检测抗Ｋｉ－６７单克隆抗体ＭＩＢ－１在大肠腺瘤、腺瘤伴中～重度不典型增生及高、中、低分化腺癌中的表达。结果表明：ＭＩＢ－１的阳性表达，与大肠上皮性肿瘤的组织学分级、大小及转移和预后均呈正相关，对判断肿瘤的恶性度及估计预后有一定的参考价值。抗Ｋｉ－６７抗体ＭＩＢ－１是一个能有效反映福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织切片中细胞增殖活性的标记物 |

| Abstract: | The colorectal adenomas and adenocarcinomas were studied using the monoclonal antibodies against recombinant parts of the Ki 67 antigen(MIB 1) by streptavidin peroxidase conjugated method. The results showed that the proliferative activity that is expressed by MIB 1 positive cells relates to atypia of colorectal adenomas, and histological grading, size and metastasis of adenocacinomas, and possesses a certain value in judging degree and estimating prognosis of adenocacinoma. We think that MIB 1 is a label which is able to detect the proliferative cells of tumour tissues using formalin fixed paraffin embedded. |
