| 摘 要： | 对比观察26例淡红舌与35例青紫舌患者舌象与甲皱微循环,结果青紫舌组的血管张力、管袢流态、袢顶血流的异常率均显著高于淡红舌组(P<0.05)。认为舌色与甲皱微循环的密切关系有助于诊断及辨证用药。

| Abstract: | The tongue feature and microcirculation of nail fold were obser- ved in 26 mild red tongue and 34 blue-purplish tongue.The result indicated that there were markebly difference between two groups in tension of blood vessle,flow states of vessle loop,blood flow at tip of loop(P<0.05).It shows tight relationship belween tongue feature and microcirculatlon of nail fold. |
