中药营胃片治疗慢性胃炎临床研究

本研究采用组间比较设计,随机分组,每组30例。治疗组服营胃片,对照组服硫糖铝、吗丁啉。通过对比观察总有效率治疗组96.7%,对照组73.3%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.01);胃镜有效率治疗组80%,对照组70%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.01);病理治愈率治疗组36.7%,对照组20%,两组差异显著(P<0.05);胃粘膜萎缩治愈率治疗组38%,对照组9%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.01);幽门螺旋菌(HP)抑杀有效率治疗组60%,对照组23.07%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。认为中药营胃片是治疗各型慢性胃炎的有效药物。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine--Yingwei Tablet

A prospective controlled study on the treatment of 60 cases chronic gastritis with TCM Yingweitablet as well as Sucrafati and Doperidone tablets from Oct. 1990 to Sep. 1991 were done. 30 patiensin each group. The cases in treated group took Yingwei tablet while that in control group tookSucrafati and Doperidone tablets. Before and after treatment, the patients were examined bygastroscope, pathology and Helicobacter pylori. The results showed that total effective rate, thegastroscopically effective rate, the pathological cure rate, the cure rate of gastric mucosa atrophyand the effective rate for bacteriocidal effect ngainst Helicobacter pylori in treated groop andcontrol group was 96.7% and 73.3%; 80% and 70%; 36.7% and 20%; 38% and 9%; 60% and 23.0%,respectively, all of the above-mentioned differences between the two groups was significant(P<0.05-0.01). Therefore Yingwei tablet is an effective drug for various kind of chronic gastritis.
