大肠湿热证模型大鼠血清部分白细胞介素含量的变化

摘    要:
目的:通过检测大肠湿热证模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的变化。探讨大肠湿热证的客观指标。方法:采用综合因素造模(饮食加气候环境加致病生物因子)复制成大肠湿热证动物模型,应用放射免疫法检测模型大鼠血清白细胞介素含量,给予清热祛湿方药急泻康治疗。观察动物模型给药后的变化。结果:该模型无论从发病条件、病变脏腑,还是主要症状、体征均近似于中医大肠湿热证型,模型大鼠血清IL-1、IL-2、IL-6含量升高,经急泻康治疗后,症状、体征及检测指标均有改善。结论:血清IL-1、IL-2、IL-6含量升高可能为大肠湿热证的客观指标。

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the objective parameter of large intestine damp-heat syndrome through checking out the contents of IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 in rats with experimental large intestine damp-heat syndrome model.Methods: The animal model of large intestine damp-heat syndrome was developed by multiple factors (diet, climate and pathogenic biological factors). Blood IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 contents in the model rats were detected by radioimmunoassay. Jixiekang capsule was given to the model rats and the changes after the treatment was observed. Results: The presentation of the model was similar to large intestine damp-heat syndrome of TCM not only in pathogenic condition, but also in main symptoms and signs. IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 contents obviously increased in the rats of large intestine damp-heat syndrome. The symptoms, signs and parameters were ameliorated after the treatment by Jixiekang capsule. Conclusion: The increased IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 contents might be the impersonal parameters of large intestine damp-heat syndrome.
